Helmer Named Partner at Tully Rinckey PLLC

January 24, 2008 – Albany, NY – Tully Rinckey PLLC is pleased to announce that Nicole M. Helmer, Esq. has been named partner at the firm. Helmer is part of the first set of partners added to the firm since its founding in 2004.

Helmer first joined Tully Rinckey in 2005. Since, she has concentrated her practice in the areas of divorce, child support, visitation, custody, paternity, prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, and child abuse/neglect.

“Since joining us as one of the firm’s first attorneys, Nicole has displayed a level of expertise in her field and has elevated our firm to a new level. We have complete faith in her as she becomes part of our leadership team,” said Greg T. Rinckey, managing partner of Tully Rinckey.

Originally from Massena, New York, Helmer received her B.S. in Accounting from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University with a concentration in Family and Elder Law.

Helmer is an active member of the Capital Region community. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association in the Family Law and Young Lawyer’s Sections, and the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. Helmer also serves as co-chair of the Albany-Colonie Chamber Women’s Business Council’s Women of Excellence committee. She is currently a member of the Gilda’s Club Young Leadership Council. Additionally, Helmer is a member of the 2008 Leadership Tech Valley class.
