announce that Kiley
D. Scott has been
named partner at the
firm. Scott is one
of the first set of
partners added to
the firm since its
founding in 2004.
Scott first joined
Tully Rinckey PLLC
in 2004 as an
associate. Since, he
has concentrated his
practice in the area
of criminal law. He
regularly handles
numerous misdemeanor
and felony cases,
such as assaults and
drug offenses, as
well as traffic
infractions and DWI.
Scott has also
handled matters of
civil litigation,
including instances
of police brutality.

said Scott.
Before receiving his
law degree from
Albany Law School at
Union University,
Scott attended
Niagara University,
where he received
his A.A.S. in
Criminal Justice and
a B.A. in Political
Science. Scott is
also a member of the
firm’s veteran
community, having
served in the United
States Marine Corps
before becoming an
attorney.
Scott is a member of
the Albany County,
American, and New
York State Bar
Associations, as
well as the New York
State Defenders
Association and the
Association of Trial
Lawyers of America.
