Our Consultation Process
Hiring an attorney begins with an initial consultation. The goal of the consultation is to learn how we can help you with your legal problem and fully inform you about your legal options. We believe the consultation is one of the most important parts of the legal process. During the appointment, we can gain information from you to understand your unique situation and goals in the legal process.
The consultation process starts with scheduling an appointment. If you are interested in seeking legal advice or representation from Tully Rinckey, you should contact our offices at 703-525-4700 or via email at email@example.com and ask to schedule an appointment with an attorney to discuss a new matter. A member of our client relations team will be able to schedule the initial appointment for you.
You may be asked some preliminary questions so that we can determine the attorney best suited to meet with you. Our attorneys are available to conduct consultations both in-person at our Albany office or over the phone.
Everything you tell us from the first phone call through the consultation is confidential. Even if the phone call or consultation does not result in an attorney-client relationship, your disclosure of private information will be held in confidence.
At the time of the consultation, you should bring any papers or documents that may be relevant to your case for the attorney to review. During the consultation, you will discuss your legal matter with the attorney best suited to assist you with your case. The attorney will be able to answer any of your preliminary questions and perform an initial analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of your case.
We treat every client inquiry as a unique situation. As a result, fees will differ from case to case. We will not be able to give you a clear and detailed estimate of costs until we sit down with you, review your information, and listen to your story. However, at that time, we will present you with a candid analysis of what the estimated costs may be to pursue your case.
