Anita Reagan

Paralegal

Anita joined Tully Rinckey PLLC with twenty-five years of experience working as a Real Estate paralegal. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Anita worked for a Clifton Park law firm as a senior closing coordinator, working on both personal and bank representation closings. She is focused on client communication and satisfaction and is always willing to take the time to walk a client through the steps from contract to closing.

Anita prides herself in helping clients work through the oftentimes difficult process of simultaneously coordinating a sale and purchase of a home, and has attained many professional, working relationships with area realtors and loan originators. Her experience in Real Estate includes new construction, short sales, commercial and residential transactions, drafting contracts, negotiating structural issues, preparing bank closing documentation, clearing title objections, preparing Statement of Sale/Closing Disclosures and attendance at closing.

Anita received her dual bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University at Albany and continued her education at Russell Sage College in paralegal studies. Outside of the office, Anita enjoys traveling abroad, playing the piano, photography, live music and spending time with family and friends.
