Heather A. Vincent, Esq.


Heather came to Tully Rinckey PLLC with a diverse professional background that enhances her ability to represent Central New Yorkers in the areas of real estate law, family and matrimonial law, and criminal law. She works in the firm’s Syracuse office, where she is an associate.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Heather worked as a licensed insurance agent for a Syracuse firm, where she regularly advised individuals of their rights and entitlements under Medicare and assessed their health and financial situations and retirement plans. Before that, Heather worked at a Syracuse law firm, where she concentrated on residential and commercial real estate matters. There she handled all aspects of real estate transactions, including SNDA’s and estoppels for commercial loans, as well as issues relating to business formation.

Heather’s other professional experience includes working as the manager of a Syracuse restaurant and a financial planner. She has also served as a softball and soccer coach for a Central New York private school and an aquatics director and water safety instructor.

Heather received her juris doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law, where she also obtained a certificate in advanced property studies. She received her master of business administration from LeMoyne College and her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, where she studied economics and political science. When not at work, Heather plays in numerous co-ed soccer leagues year-round and on softball teams in the summer. She also does pro bono work through the Onondaga County Bar Association.
