Karin Nosal

Deputy Director of Legal Administration

As Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Deputy Director of Legal Administration, Karin works with attorneys across multiple practice areas while building relationships with clients throughout the nation. Currently, Karin serves two key roles at the firm: spearheading training of new and current support staff and attorneys, and supporting the Director of Legal Administration with the management of the firm’s legal support staff.

Karin’s other responsibilities include assisting with the general business operations of the firm, coordinating in-house Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars, and preparing ongoing, professional development training workshops for all Tully Rinckey PLLC staff by organizing monthly training sessions on an array of important topics.

Because she has a training role that spans the entire firm, Karin frequently acts as a liaison between different departments of the firm, effectively promoting cooperative communication while helping to discover client-focused solutions.
