Patrecia (Patty) joined Tully Rinckey PLLC in 2010 after working for another Capital District law firm, where she specialized in trusts and estates law matters. Patty obtained her degree in paralegal studies from Mildred Elley and is nearing completion of a degree in legal studies with the ambition of becoming an attorney.

As a paralegal with Tully Rinckey PLLC, Patty works alongside various attorneys throughout the firm and specializes in federal employment law, disability retirement matters, matrimonial law, military law and military disability. Patty has attended multiple Continued Learning Education (CLE) courses to remain abreast of the most contemporary legal information pertaining to her practice areas. Patty always strives to obtain the absolute best outcome for each and every case and client with whom she comes in contact. Patty was voted as Tully Rinckey’s “Employee of the Year” for 2016.

In her personal life, Patty has volunteered for several years with SAFE Kids Worldwide, where she previously held the position of Chair of the Fire and Life Safety Department for the Upstate New York Chapter. She has also volunteered as a certified car seat technician, working with local authorities to ensure child-passenger safety. In addition, Patty has dedicated numerous volunteer hours to the Schenectady County SPCA.
