Sherley Mangroo

Senior Billing Clerk

As the Senior Billing Clerk at Tully Rinckey PLLC, Sherley is responsible for overseeing the firm’s billing and collections processes. In this role, she coordinates and maintains the attorneys billing schedule while ensuring accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of service is being provided to our clients. Sherley is also responsible for resolving client’s outstanding balances and ensuring all clients receive any necessary refunds within a timely manner upon closure of their case.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Sherley worked for a different local company for 15 years, where she was responsible for reviewing all of their billing for accuracy while providing high-quality customer service. She also has a background in medical billing and diagnostic coding.

Originally from Guyana, South America, Sherley immigrated to the United States at an early age. Outside of the office, she enjoys music, reading, dining out at different restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
