Billing Clerk

Tully Rinckey PLLC is looking to add a billing clerk to our team. Experience with Accounts Receivable is required.

This candidate will operate the monthly billing cycle for attorneys, rely heavily on computer programs to generate invoices, and update internal spreadsheets. The generation of bills, ensuring the billing schedule is followed, as well as collection work will be necessary.

Main responsibilities include reviewing and producing invoices, handling attorney and client inquires, processing payments, reconciling accounts, following up on past due accounts, and maintenance of case storage.

Customer collections, mailing monthly statements, phone calls and regular follow-up required as part of the collections process.

This candidate must be able to speak diplomatically to clients, attorneys, and staff members.

Administrative/Clerical experience is preferred but not required.
