Tully Rinckey PLLC was founded in the bedroom of Mathew B. Tully’s ski home after escaping from the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. Since that time, it has become one of Albany’s largest full-service law firms expanding to more than 80 employees, including 24 in its new Syracuse office.located at 507 Plum Street.

In 2008, Tully Rinckey opened a federal employment law practice in Washington, D.C., allowing it to quickly become one of the largest federal employment law firms in the nation. Demand for its services was so high it opened another office in Arlington, VA, in 2011.

Nationally recognized, Tully Rinckey’s goal is to be Central New Yorkers’ “law firm for life.” The firm’s attorneys handle businesses in contract law, employment law, civil litigation, and corporate and commercial law.
