Greg Rinckey Comments on Trial of Fort Hood Shooting Suspect Major Nidal Hasan

Former US Army JAG attorney Greg T. Rinckey comments on the decision to allow Fort Hood Shooting Suspect Nidal Hasan to act as his own attorney. The judge in the case has ordered a medical evaluation to determine if he is physically fit to do so. Hasan was shot the day of the shooting and is now paralyzed form the chest down. The trial begins on July 1.
