Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Krusinski will be arraigned at his first court appearance. Police say Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Krusinski approached a woman in a parking lot in the Crystal City area and grabbed her breasts and buttocks about 12:30 a.m. Sunday. He was drunk, according to the police report. Krusinski runs the U.S. Air Force Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office in the military. He is charged with sexual battery and is scheduled to appear in court.
