Local Law Firm Named One of America’s Fastest Growing Companies

On the very week that Tully Rinckey PLLC extended its footprint into Central New York, a magazine dedicated to innovative company builders ranked the full-service law firm just outside the top third of the nation’s fastest growing businesses.

Inc. magazine announced this week that Tully Rinckey PLLC ranked No. 1,672 on its Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest Growing Companies. The announcement coincides with the firm’s moving into a full-service law office in Syracuse, where it plans to grow its total workforce by more than 20 percent. The office at 507 Plum St. will open its doors to the public on Aug. 23, 2012.

The firm’s ranking on the Inc. 5000 is attributable to its 173 percent growth in revenue between 2008 and 2011 to $7.6 million. The firm debuted on the Inc. 5000 in 2009, a year after it opened a federal employment law practice in Washington, D.C. Since then, this law practice has expanded with an office in Arlington, Va., and Tully Rinckey PLLC has become one of the nation’s largest federal employment law firms.

“The fact that Tully Rinckey has consistently ranked high on the Inc. 5000 illustrates the firm’s commitment to its clients and the caliber of our attorneys,” said Tully Rinckey PLLC Managing Partner Greg T. Rinckey. “With our Syracuse expansion this week and new offices slated for next year, our business is growing we will continue to create new jobs throughout New YorkState.”

This week, the firm is moving into its 4,217 square-foot class A office space in Syracuse, which is conveniently located near the Carousel Mall in the historic Franklin Square district. The firm expects to employ 18 people at the office, which already offers a broad range of legal services including civil litigation, business law, criminal defense, family and matrimonial law, estate planning, military law, and real estate law. Firmwide, Tully Rinckey PLLC currently employs 89, 41 of whom are attorneys.
