New York Gun Control Law Ruled, Not Passed, Too Quickly

CBS 6 Albany, NY

New York State Appellate Court says that New York’s new gun law does not violate the state constitution for being passed too quickly. Opponents of the measure point to part of the constitution which requires the state legislature to wait 3 days before acting on legislation. Governor Cuomo got it through quickly using a Message of Necessity. Albany, NY Attorney Greg Rinckey of Tully Rinckey PLLC comments saying that the debate is far from over.
