Tully Rinckey PLLC Ranked on Inc. 5000 for Sixth Consecutive Year

More Growth Expected as Firm Looks to Open Two More NY Offices and One on the West Coast

August 20, 2014 – Albany, N.Y. – Tully Rinckey PLLC’s upstate New York expansion, which last year included law office openings in Buffalo and Rochester, has helped the full-service law firm land on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing, privately owned companies for a sixth consecutive year. Inc. magazine today revealed that Tully Rinckey PLLC ranked No. 4,178 on the list. The ranking was based on the firm’s 68.8 percent revenue growth from 2010 to 2013.

“The fact that Tully Rinckey PLLC has managed to consistently rank among the nation’s fastest growing companies – despite a recession, my deployment to Afghanistan and the shutdown of the federal government – illustrates the innovative nature and ambition of the firm, as well as the momentum to match it,” said Tully Rinckey PLLC Founding Partner Mathew B. Tully, Esq. “We long ago recognized that there is strong demand in upstate New York for professional, personalized and affordable legal services. And as this sixth Inc. 5000 ranking illustrates, we’ve consistently seized opportunities to meet that demand, and we are far from done growing in New York State and beyond.”

Tully Rinckey PLLC has appeared on the Inc. 5000 list every year since 2009. In the six intervening years, the firm opened offices in Arlington, Va, Syracuse, Buffalo, and Rochester, bringing its total number of offices to six. Business has been so robust in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s existing markets that the firm twice this year had to expand key office locations to accommodate demand, and plans for several new office openings are underway.

The first expansion came last April when the firm relocated its K. Street office in Washington, D.C. to a 6,140-square-foot, seventh-floor suite in a recently redeveloped building at 815 Connecticut Ave., NW, a block away from the White House. In June, Tully Rinckey PLLC moved into a newly constructed 5,090-square-foot suite at 5488 Sheridan Dr. in Buffalo that is about five times larger than the location the firm had occupied in downtown. The firm is also preparing to open two additional offices in New York State and its first office on the west coast. See below timeline for firm growth highlights.
