Andrew L. McNamara, Esq.
Associate
Andrew’s practice focuses on employment law, civil litigation, and USERRA law. He also handles military leave claims.
Andrew has previously worked with the New York State Medicaid Inspector General, the Appeals Board of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles, and the Capital Region law firm of Parisi, Coan, & Saccocio.
Andrew completed a joint degree program at Albany Law School, earning his M.S. in Bioethics through Albany Medical College along with his J.D. He earned his B.A. from the University at Albany, with a major in history and a minor in English.
Andrew is a member of the New York State Bar Association – Young Lawyers Section and the Albany-Colonie Chamber of Commerce GenNext Council.
When he is away from the office, Andrew enjoys running and playing classic rock piano.
