Helpdesk Manager

In this role, Brandon works with the firm’s Chief Information Officer to help ensure the overall health and productivity of the firm’s information technology (IT) systems. He reviews, tracks, and resolves systems issues at both the datacenter and end-user device levels. Additionally, he consults with users about increasing efficiency along with recommending and deploying hardware and/or software solutions to enhance or add functionality to the firm’s IT systems.

Prior to working for Tully Rinckey PLLC, Brandon worked as a senior computer technician for an IT company in Albany, N.Y. There he helped end users as well as small and medium businesses achieve their technological needs.

Brandon was raised in the Capital Region, and he currently lives in Albany. Outside the office, Brandon enjoys boating, four-wheeling, camping, movies, and spending time with friends and family.
