Corinna A. Ferrini, Esq.
Associate
As a multilingual attorney with experience defending federal employees in administrative and criminal cases, Corinna provides a unique skill set to the firm's federal sector employment and labor law practice. At Tully Rinckey PLLC, she represents federal employees on a range of employment and labor issues including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, equal pay, and adverse action claims. She is fluent in Italian and proficient in Spanish languages.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Corinna worked at a Boston law firm where she practiced employment and labor law, with an emphasis on federal employee defense. There she represented clients before the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. She represented clients in complex matters concerning security clearance revocations, suitability determinations, the Whistleblower Protection Act, the Privacy Act, HIPAA, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) violations. Corinna has represented clients in high-profile congressional investigations and Senate inquires. She has extensive experience in preparing responses to investigators' inquiries, representing clients during congressional interviews and immunity negotiations.
Corinna received her juris doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. There she briefly served as a research assistant and also participated in the International Law Society and National Women Law Students Association. She received a bachelor's degree in English from Hofstra University in Hempstead, N. Y. There she was a member of the Hofstra University Honor Council, which conducts trials of students accused of honor code violations.
Corinna is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Additionally, she is a local chapter member of Prevent Child Abuse America, a nonprofit organization committed to preventing all forms of child abuse.
