Giovanni Zuluaga

Deputy Director of Legal Administration

In his role, Giovanni assists attorneys in a wide-range of client relations initiatives in both the legal fields of military law and federal employment law. He provides such services as research, document production, editing, scheduling, file management and trial preparation and often acts as a liaison for clients, opposing counsel and the courts in an effort to maintain quality assurance.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Giovanni graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Business from the University of Connecticut. While pursuing his degree, he worked as an Apple store computer technician and interned at local radio stations in Connecticut. After graduating, Giovanni gathered invaluable experience in the music industry through Artist & Repertoire as well as marketing positions in Manhattan at a high-profile record company.

Giovanni was raised in Danbury, CT in a bilingual family. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. He currently resides in downtown D.C. and in his spare time, loves to play guitar and go to as many baseball games as possible during the season.
