Heather L. Youngman, Esq.

Associate

Heather is an Associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC, where her practice focuses on civil litigation, and family and matrimonial law.

Heather came to Tully Rinckey PLLC after working at another Syracuse law firm, where she focused primarily on federal court appellate litigation. She additionally worked as a law clerk at two of Buffalo’s top litigation firms, where she assisted with a variety of civil and criminal matters. She is admitted to practice law in New York State and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. Heather’s other professional experience includes working as a journalist, editor, and marketing manager.

Heather graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where she served as editor of the Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal and was an associate member of the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review and the Buffalo Journal of Gender, Law, and Social Policy. She is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University, where she majored in journalism and mass communication.

When not working, Heather enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
