Hollie Collett

Facilities and Vendor Operations Manager

In this role, Hollie oversees all office operations for the firm and works with its chief financial officer in implementing efficiency and cost-saving strategies. She also conducts contract negotiations for required services and oversees all facility and maintenance issues.

Hollie has an extensive background in customer service. Initially, she worked as a Legal Secretary for several Tully Rinckey PLLC attorneys, and she was a key part of the firm’s expansion into the Washington, D.C. market. Hollie was then promoted to Human Resource Manager. She later briefly left the firm to work as an office manager for a local flooring company. Hollie is both a licensed cosmetologist and practical nurse. In addition to working in several local nursing homes, she has experience in the restaurant industry and was named Employee of the Year in 1998 with the Cracker Barrel Country Store in East Greenbush N.Y.

Hollie is a California native who grew up in New York. She enjoys playing poker, her weekly dart league and the time that she spends with her family and close friends. She lives in Colonie, N.Y. with her cat, Ginger. Her son, Jeffrey Gipe, is an active member of the Army National Guard.
