Paul M. Dumansky

Director of Legal Administration

As Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Director of Legal Administration, Paul is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day supervision of the firm’s legal support staff across all offices.

Among his duties, Paul assesses client concerns and proposes resolutions aimed at increasing client satisfaction, drives the revenue-generating efforts of the firm’s paralegals, manages the firm’s legal support budget, focuses on efforts to maximize attorney profitability, interviews and makes hiring decisions regarding secretarial candidates and develops standard operating procedures with a goal of improving firm efficiency. Paul regularly travels to each firm office to evaluate performance and consistently strives to enhance the productivity of the legal support team.

Before joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Paul worked within the marketing departments at a number of law firms in Washington, D.C., where he held positions including senior writer, senior business development analyst and business development manager. He moved to Washington, D.C. shortly after earning his master’s degree in organizational communication and development from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, where he also received his bachelor’s in communication studies.

A native to Buffalo, Paul co-hosts a podcast covering the Buffalo Bills and remains a diehard fan of the Sabres and the Washington Nationals (dating all the way back to their time as the Montreal Expos). He has completed three marathons and spends his spare time cycling around his hometown with his wife, Zandria.
