March 24, 2011 – Washington, D.C. – Tully Rinckey PLLC is proud to announce it will be a part of the 2011 Government Security Conference and Expo (GovSec) at the D.C. Convention Center on March 30 and 31. The firm will be on hand to discuss the growing legal needs of federal contractors in the government marketplace, including the rise of security and facility clearances.

As one of the nation’s leading federal employment and national security law firms, Tully Rinckey PLLC represents individuals and companies across the nation and around the world in their clearance needs. Representatives from the firm will be at booth No. 1121, distributing tote bags, notepads, pens, stain sticks and valuable legal information for all federal employees and contractors who are interested in protecting their security clearance and career.

“Our law firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Certified 8(a) small business and understands first-hand the importance of attaining and retaining facility and security clearances in the federal procurement process,” said Founding Partner Mathew B. Tully, a lieutenant colonel in the New York Army National Guard and a nationally recognized federal employment attorney. “In this age of heightened homeland defense and cybersecurity, compliance with the latest and strictest security regulations is necessary to be a successful contractor. Our law firm is excited to be apart of a conference that supports contractors in this ever-changing defense marketplace.”

The GovSec Conference and Expo explores the modern convergence of physical security, cybersecurity and law enforcement in the nation’s defense systems. The free expo, open to the public, provides the newest tools, information and technologies for law enforcement on the federal, state and local level.
