Who: Virginia Managing Partner Neil A.G. McPhie of the law firm Tully Rinckey PLLC will be in Dallas as part of the BIG conference from August 19th through August 23rd, 2013. Mr. McPhie will make three presentations on the topics of whistle blowing and importance of retaining counsel early in a MSPB proceeding.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Mr. McPhie served as chairman of the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). He has spent over 30 years in public service, led two government organizations, and managed multi-million dollar budgets. Now at Tully Rinckey PLLC, he pulls from this experience to effectively represent federal employees and personnel in a wide range of employment and labor issues, including discrimination, sexual harassment, equal pay, adverse action, Title VII claims, and Inspector General (IG) investigations.
