Tully Rinckey PLLC Expands to Washington DC – Success in Federal Employment Discrimination & Military Law Leads to New Office

March 28, 2008 – Washington, DC – New York based law firm Tully Rinckey PLLC is pleased to announce its recent expansion into Washington, DC. The expansion comes as a result of the firm’s continual success with the fields of federal employment and military law. The branch office, located at prestigious and historic 1800 K Street, opens its doors for business on April 1.

At the helm of the office will be Managing Partner Steven L. Herrick, an attorney with over thirty-years of experience in litigation. His experience helps provide a platform for outstanding service to clients in virtually every aspect of federal employment and discrimination law and military law.

The Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned firm has seen tremendous growth since its establishment in 2001. Founding Partner Mathew B. Tully, who also serves as a Major in the National Guard, attributes this success to the loyalty of the firm’s clients.

“It was only five years ago that I was running the practice around my kitchen table from home. The growth we’ve seen is a clear result of not only our expertise within the field, but the exemplary service we’ve provided to our clients,” said Tully.

The firm plans to employ three attorneys and a compatible support staff to begin at the D.C. location. In addition to Herrick, the office will boast several other senior attorneys in the areas of military criminal law, court martial proceedings, and government security clearance representation.

2008 will also see the launch of Tully Rinckey Government Services Division, an entity of the firm dedicated to providing superior professional and legal services to Government agencies.

“This move to Washington, D.C. elevates us to a whole new level. It’s just the beginning of becoming a major player on the national field,” said Tully.
