Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation has an omnibus service agreement with Tully Rinckey PLLC to provide administrative and other support to the law firm and its lawyers. Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation does not have the same owners as Tully Rinckey PLLC and the Service Corporation owners are not exclusively attorneys.
