“Helped me defend myself” – T.A.

I was in a tough spot because of an unfounded allegation at work.  I’m just me, but my employer (a public agency) had unlimited resources and the option to end my employment. Attorney Greg Zappia and Tully Rinckey helped me defend myself, and we were able to reach an agreement that leaves me in good standing, with no mention of the accusation or associated hearing on my record.  Without Tully Rinckey and Mr. Zappia this difficult time could have resulted in far worse for me.  The unused portion of my retainer was returned a few weeks later, without a need for me to call and ask when I would receive it.  An overall good outcome. – T.A. on Partner Graig Zappia, Esq.
