Sexual discrimination and harassment can happen to people of either gender. Discrimination in the workplace based on your gender, either male or female, is a violation of your civil rights. Additionally, New York State law prohibits discrimination in the workplace based on sexual orientation. Our attorneys represent the interests of workers who have suffered discriminatory or harassing actions in the workplace based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
