Availability during evenings and weekends is required. In addition to a competitive base salary, performance-based rewards are issued for over achievement of KPIs. This position requires in office attendance on a daily basis in the firm’s Latham, NY office location.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday: 12:00pm-8:30pm or 1:00pm-9:30pm
Tuesday-Saturday: 12:00pm-8:30pm or 1:00pm-9:30pm
*Please note the first three weeks will consist of onboarding and training Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm ONLY.*
 

  •  Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Convert potential clients into new clients by effectively presenting firm services and value.
  • Use inside sales, consultative selling, and client development techniques to drive new business.
  • Quickly identify client needs and match them with the appropriate attorney.
  • Manage and track prospects in the CRM system.
  • Schedule and facilitate attorney consultations.
  • Secure payment for consultations.
  • Proactively address client concerns to ensure successful conversion.
  • Consistently achieve—and aim to exceed—sales and client development goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales, inside sales, account executive, or business development experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a results-driven, high-energy environment.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
