Veronique Ram is the Executive Assistant to the Founding Partner and the Global Chief Operating Officer of Tully Rinckey. She is responsible for project management, reporting and assisting senior leadership with overall company strategy, objectives and goals. Veronique works closely with senior management on various projects impacting firm operations, while also tracking strategic planning initiatives, travel and other operational tasks. Additionally, Veronique provides superior customer service to colleagues, clients and vendors and assists the firm’s leadership with a range of administrative support duties as well as coordinating firm-wide events.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Veronique was a Case Manager for NYSARC Trust Services. In this role, she was accountable for a caseload of over 400 for individuals with disabilities and processed requests for disbursements; researched beneficiaries’ account activity; and assisted with maintenance of beneficiary files, including interaction with attorneys or POA on cases. She updated database and spreadsheet files; provided document correspondence; and considered the impact on government benefits when processing. Veronique was previously an Administrative Assistant for Repsher & Associates Physical Therapy, where she ensured claims were liquidated in a timely manner at the appropriate level of reimbursement; reviewed and codified incoming documentation; and provided administrative support. She also maintained and created graphs and excel spreadsheets to coordinate office improvements. Veronique also worked as an Early Educator/Family Support Specialist for Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region, where she was responsible for children and family caseloads.
Veronique obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sage College of Albany and an associate’s degree in Applied Science Management from Maria College in Albany, N.Y. She is certified in New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities Front Door Training.
