Cassandra Moffitt is the Director of Marketing for Tully Rinckey, where she is responsible for the execution of marketing and business development programs. She assists with the firm’s client development efforts by coordinating practice development activities, including strategic planning, business development and communications. Cassandra oversees the creation and implementation of strategic marketing plans that promote Tully Rinckey’s core practice areas and, ultimately, lead to new business. She also is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the firm’s marketing team in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment, marketing complex areas of law.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Cassandra was the President and Owner of Grid Marketing, Inc., where she worked with clients to define their company brands, provide media planning and a range of other marketing strategies. Some of her work included three-dimensional design projects, such as product packaging and trade show design, copywriting, storyboarding, logistics, directing and editing of photography and cinematography projects, website design and development and ongoing website management. She possesses extensive knowledge of domains, hosting, HTML, CSS, mobile responsiveness and content management systems and has a broad range of experience providing clients with search engine optimization, search engine marketing and pay-per-click campaigns.

Cassandra’s public relations experience includes complete social media management for more than a dozen accounts as well as press-release writing, media outreach, facilitation of interviews and disaster planning. She has coordinated email campaign design and development, as well as provided campaign analysis and adjustments based on website traffic, pay-per-click campaigns, email campaigns, social media traffic/ads and digital ads

Cassandra is a frequent speaker, including presentations such as “Instagram for Business,” “Twitter for Business,” “Your Brand as a Marketing Tool,” “Target Demographics and Buyer Personas,” “the Ask,” and “Pricing for Fun and Profit.” She is the winner of multiple Credit Union National Association Diamond Awards and has attained several notable achievements during her marketing career. She helped an eCommerce client increase the number of purchase conversions by 190 percent, resulting in a total sales increase of 55 percent, she devised a comprehensive digital strategy to drive a 283-percent increase in event ticket sales for a theater client and, over a three-year period, helped a financial industry client see an overall portfolio growth of 273 percent—including 1,023 percent growth in consumer lending products versus projected growth. She also used a digital and print campaign to drive more than $2 million of growth via CD deposits in under one month for a credit union client.

Cassandra obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric with an emphasis on Public Discourse from the University of California, Berkeley.
