Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Kaylani gained valuable experience through her work in several customer service-related capacities. Kaylani has a wide variety of customer service and food industry experience, where she has developed her communication and problem-solving skills to better assist customers and clients. Kaylani has also spent several years working as a Patient Care Technician and has a strong desire to help people. She obtained a B.S. in Human Biology degree with a minor in Business administration from the University at Albany SUNY.
