As Tully Rinckey’s Chief Marketing Officer, Ms. Knutsen is responsible for developing, enhancing and overseeing implementation of various marketing, business development and public relations initiatives. She is also responsible for overseeing and directing the efforts of the marketing team, seeking ways to increase revenue, developing marketing programs, and developing, implementing and managing the marketing budget.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey in 2017, Kelsey was accountable as the marketing manager at a regionally renowned, mid-sized law firm founded in 1850. She oversaw the marketing and communications efforts in that firm’s seven office locations, including the creation and implementation of a strategic marketing plan, as well as leading dynamic and diverse print and digital marketing campaigns. Kelsey led the marketing and business development efforts for the expansion of the firm into the New Jersey market and the opening of three additional office locations. Kelsey was also responsible for managing the firm’s website and multi-platform social media pages.
Kelsey earned her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York College of Oneonta. She was awarded the Millennial Award from the Long Island Business News in 2016 and the Excellence in Communications Award in 2017. She was also recognized at the Power Women in Business Awards in 2018. She volunteers with the American Red Cross, the Alliance for Positive Health New York and the Ronald McDonald House.
