Maria V. Robitaille is an Accounting Clerk in the Albany office of Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation, where she supports the Finance Department by performing a variety of billing and accounts receivable duties, doing everything possible to ensure accuracy, timeliness and superior client service.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Maria was a Patient Accounts Receivable Analyst/Cashier for Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, N.Y. In that role, she provided outstanding customer service via email correspondence, telephone and professional interaction with patients. She verified insurance coverage, and updated insurance information on accounts; set up monthly payment plans and processed contract reports; processed adjustments, credits, allowances and discounts on accounts and bills; reconciled and prepared bank deposits; was responsible for valuables and cash in safes and vaults; processed and posted credit card, check and cash payments to patient accounts; and updated and input data on Excel spreadsheets for credits, refunds and deposits.
Maria’s previous finance experience includes working as a Mortgage Processor and Opener; Jr. Reverse Mortgage Processor; owner of a gift shop; and an Auto Claims Service Assistant. She studied at the University of Navarra and the Jamar Academy of Business and Banking, both in Pamplona, Navarra, Spain.
