Matthew Chang is a Client Relations Associate in the Albany office of Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation, where he is often the first point of contact for new clients seeking legal assistance. With the goal of obtaining every client’s complete satisfaction, Matthew connects clients with the attorney who can best assist with their specific legal matter.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Matthew worked with the Borgen Project, a national campaign that encourages U.S. leaders to respond to global poverty. Matthew also has a range of customer service and food industry experience, where he has utilized his strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers and clients. He obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy and Law from the Harpur College of Arts and Sciences at Binghamton University.
