Michael Parascandola is the Director of Client Relations at Tully Rinckey, where he manages projects related to the operations, business growth and the overall improvement of client satisfaction. These initiatives span the areas of process improvement, client relations and adaptation of new programs.
Michael oversees a team of approximately a dozen employees who collectively share the focus of ensuring the client satisfaction, from the initial point of contact, through the end of a client’s legal matter. Michael and the entire Client Relations Department work with firm attorneys to ensure that clients are being matched with the appropriate attorney for their legal matter.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Michael was a Solutions Consultant for Bestpass Inc., a company that creates solutions for simplifying the toll-related challenges faced by commercial truckers, fleet managers and tolling facilities. There, he engaged potential customers through online face-to-face presentations, guiding key decision makers,leading them through the discovery stage of the conversation. He worked closely with Senior Leadership to understand products and industry changes and trends, communicate opportunities and challenges to growth, improve market reputation, and to ensure seamless operating and business processes and procedures to secure renewal client contracts. He was also responsible for engaging with trade show attendees and building rapport with key partners and clients, conducting presentations, booth set-up, sourcing new business opportunities and securing new business pipelines. He maintained key accounts, on-boarding specifications and application processes; professionally handled customer concerns; and leveraged feedback to inform clients of special pricing decisions.
Michael was previously an Account Manager for Alliance Worldwide Investigative Group, Inc., where he managed territory sales accounts to achieve sales profitability within budget, with accountability for leads, meetings and appointments, new business calls, and customer acquisition goals. While in this position, Michael remained flexible in a fast-paced environment while building relationships with external and internal customers through time management skills, coordination, and strong partnership and interpersonal skills. He also worked as a Property Manager and Supervisor of Property Rental Units, where he increased sales revenue by 20 percent, boosted occupancy rates, and ensured the highest possible return on investment for tenants and property owners. Michael also worked as a Mid-Market Account Representative for Wolters Kluwer, where he achieved record-breaking revenue growth for the company. As a Sales Representative for Transfinder, Michael accomplished 15 percent in new business growth, providing top-tier customer service for clients in this full- service, transportation-solutions company focused on the education industry.
Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Siena College and possesses a Sandler Sales Certification.
