As the Receptionist in the Albany office of the Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation, Shadaya Meyers is the first point of contact for new and existing clients calling or visiting the firm, ensuring they receive the highest level of service possible.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Shadaya was a Copy Clerk and Secretary for the New York State Bar Association for more than six years. In that role, Shadaya was responsible for handling all mail and packages for the building, coordinating with UPS and FedEx for deliveries and pickups, as well as handling the operation of the Neopost postage system. She also assisted with reception duties, handling calls from bar members, individuals seeking legal assistance, the media and others, and greeted visitors to the State Bar. Additionally, Shadaya produced a range of high-quality meeting and continuing legal education materials, including books, flyers and postcards in an efficient, professional manner.
Shadaya previously was a Litigation Specialist for an Albany consulting company, where she was part of a support team that scanned legal documents for attorneys preparing their cases. She also worked as a Phone Representative for a communications firm and was an intern in the office of New York State Senator Jose Peralta, where she wrote reports and handled telephone and mail correspondence.
Shadaya studied criminal justice at Buffalo State College and obtained an associate degree in criminal justice from Bryant & Stratton College in Albany, N.Y.
