Fort Hood Shooting Victim Speaks Out

Tully Rinckey military defense attorney Lisa Windsor spoke with AP TV to discuss the upcoming Hasan trial and USA Today picked up part of the interview. Maj. Nidal Hasan doesn’t deny he carried out a November 2009 rampage killing 13 people and wounding 30 at Fort Hood Army Base. The soldier is set to be tried in a military tribunal after years of delays.
