Tully Rinckey, PLLC named one of the Best Places to Work -
Award Marks Second Achievement as a Leading Capital Region Employer in Three Years

November 2, 2007 – Albany, New York – The Business Review announced today that Tully Rinckey, PLLC has been named one of the “Best Places to Work in the Capital Region.” This is the second time since 2005 that the law firm has been honored with this achievement.

The prestigious award recognizes achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions, and company culture. Some of the benefits unique to the firm include flexible hours, free medical insurance and ownership of a luxury suite at the Times Union Center for employees to enjoy.

Out of 150 companies to enter, Tully Rinckey, PLLC was selected as one of the top 30. Finalists were ranked based on information collected through a web-based anonymous survey evaluating the company’s work environment.

“We strive to offer our employees the best work environment possible. We try to structure our business so employees feel valued and receive fair and equitable compensation,” said Greg T. Rinckey, the managing partner of Tully Rinckey, PLLC. “We’re proud that the staff believes in these methods. It is such an honor to be recognized for the second time for this achievement.”

The firm has grown tremendously since its first award in 2005. This growth has resulted in a number of major expansions into both the Washington, DC and Utica areas. Additionally, the firm plans to consolidate its two Albany-based offices into one state of the art location in early 2008.

The top companies will be profiled in a special supplement of The Business Review on December 7. In addition, a celebratory luncheon to honor the companies will be held on December 6 at the Crowne Plaza in Albany.
