Basics of Landlord Tenant Law

Overview:

Ryan McCall, Associate in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Albany office, will be presenting a free continuing legal education (CLE) seminar; “Basics of Landlord Tenant Law” on Thursday, March 9th, 2023.

The purpose of this CLE is to give those who are attempting to evict a problem tenant the proper legal procedure on how to accomplish that task. This CLE will educate those in attendance on what type of eviction to bring as well as what notices are required, how they are served and what the proper timeframes for service are.

How to Join:

To participate, please register using the form on this page. Upon registering, you will receive a link and instructions on how to access the CLE. A timed agenda, supplemental course materials, an attorney affirmation and a course evaluation will be circulated on the day of the CLE.

After the CLE, please fill out and return the completed attorney affirmation and course evaluation to cle@tullylegal.com. Upon receipt, we will provide a certificate of CLE completion.
