Overview:
Ryan McCall, Senior Associate in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Albany office, will be presenting a free continuing legal education (CLE) seminar, “Drafting Residential Lease Agreements,” on Thursday, December 14, 2023.
This one-hour CLE will cover drafting basic lease agreements, including what to put in and what to leave out when bringing a new residential tenant, as well as basic updates on new landlord – tenant law changes over the last two years.

To participate, please register using the form on this page. Upon registering, you will receive a link and instructions on how to access the CLE. A timed agenda, supplemental course materials, an attorney affirmation and a course evaluation will be circulated on the day of the CLE.
After the CLE, please fill out and return the completed attorney affirmation and course evaluation to cle@tullylegal.com. Upon receipt, we will provide a certificate of CLE completion.
