Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Michael served as an Of Counsel attorney for a Schenectady law firm. In this role, he represented clients in various litigation and transactional matters. While attending law school at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Michael served as a judicial intern for a judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He also interned at a Chicago law firm and served at a law clerk for the law school’s Veterans Legal Support Center, where he assisted veterans with obtaining therapy services, served as a liaison with federal prosecutors on behalf of veterans facing federal petty offenses, and drafted pro bono memorandum. In 2013, his article, “Cyber-anarchy in the Digital Age: Developing a System of Human (Copy) Rights,” was published in The John Marshall Law of Intellectual Property Law.
