As a former chairman of the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Neil brings a high level of authority and experience to the firm. Harris Kline, Esq.

Harris has a three decades of experience as an attorney in the Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps during which time he benefitted security clearance holders as well as service members of all branches.
