Saalim is an Associate Attorney with Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Austin, TX Office. He focuses his practice on federal labor and employment claims, including claims involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). Saalim also has experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, mediation and arbitration.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Saalim was a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, Major Trials Division, where he advocated for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in felony waiver and jury trials. In that role, Saalim was able to deliver outstanding results leveraging extensive knowledge of case law, statutes, and regulations to develop persuasive arguments and craft effective legal strategies. He has a proven track record in conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis, strategizing and executing trials, and drafting a wide range of legal documents.
