Bre Moland

Bre Moland, Esq., is an Associate in Tully Rinckey’s Washington, D.C. office, where she focuses her practice on federal employment and labor and employment law. Bre understands the importance of providing excellent legal service, and strives to offer her clients the special care and attention they deserve regarding their employment law matter.

A first-generation attorney, Bre has prior experience in civil and criminal law including internships at Disability Rights Louisiana, Legal Aid Society in Manhattan, and Orleans Public Defenders. Additionally, she has prior clerk experience in family law.

Born in Denver, Colorado, Bre obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dean College in Franklin, Massachusetts and her law degree from Loyola New Orleans with certificate in social justice. She was also a member of Black Law Student Association at Loyola New Orleans. In her spare time, Bre likes to read, watch reality TV, and spend time outside with her dog.
