Compensation: $120,000 – $200,000 Base Salary

Our Columbus office will be opening soon in the Polaris market and the Firm is seeking both associate and partner level candidates. Compensation is based on experience and the attorneys ability to bring in a portable book of business.
This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys seeking the resources, infrastructure, marketing support, and collaborative environment of an established national law firm while maintaining autonomy to continue building and servicing an existing client base.

- Labor & Employment Law
- Federal Employment Law
- Military Law
- Civil Litigation
- Business & Commercial Law
- Other complementary practice areas
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional legal representation and client service.
- Handle litigation, negotiations, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings, as applicable to your practice.
- Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies
- Collaborate with attorneys and professional staff across Tully Rinckey's national platform.
- Participate in business development activities to grow your client portfolio
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the State of Ohio
- Minimum 3+ years of legal practice experience.
- Demonstrated success in client development and business generation.
- Portable book of business preferred.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships independently.
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within a collaborative national firm.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Performance-based bonuses of up to 60% of base salary
