Alessia Tumminelli

Alessia Tumminelli is a Law Clerk with Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Rochester office, where she focuses her scope on criminal law and civil litigation.

Alessia graduated from Albany Law School where she received her Juris Doctor on a 2-year, accelerated track. During and prior to law school, she partook in a wide variety of legal internships and experiences, including legal internships with the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of New York, Monroe County Supreme Court under the Honorable Vincent M. Dinolfo, Tumminelli Law, and several other law firms.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Alessia received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from SUNY Brockport’s Honors College.

Outside of work, Alessia enjoys playing video and board games, playing guitar, and cooking for her friends and family.
