Brandan C. Parks

Brandan C. Parks, Esq. focuses his practice on federal sector labor and employment law and  New York State employment law in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Rochester office.

Before joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Brandan worked as a Law Clerk pending bar admissions and as an Associate at Pellittiere & Jonsson PLLC, crafting customized estate plans for each client’s set of circumstances and objectives. During law school, Brandan served as Summer Law Clerk for The Honorable Administrative Law Judge Shanon Levin with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Philadelphia District Office. Brandan also has prior experience as a Summer Associate and Drafting Associate with Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in State College, Pennsylvania

Brandan earned his bachelor’s degree from Nazareth University, where he studied Music Business (voice) with minors in Legal Studies and Communication & Media. Brandan earned his juris doctor from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson Schools of Law. He also served as Admissions and Research Editor for the The Penn State Arbitration Law Review. His article, Tackled by the Federal Legislature?: Flaws in NFL Arbitration Policies Highlighted by Proposed Ending Forced Arbitration of Race Discrimination Act of 2023, is published in volume 16 of The Penn State Arbitration Law Review.

Originally from Herkimer, N.Y., Brandan became attached to the Rochester area during his studies at Nazareth University. Outside of work, Parks is a member of the Greece Choral Society. During his free time, Brandan can be found cheering on Penn State athletics, the New York Mets, and Pittsburgh Steelers, playing and collecting video games, and tuning into an IndyCar or NASCAR race.
