Caroline Alder is an associate attorney specializing in employment law. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Caroline worked as an attorney advisor for the Executive Office of Immigration Review, having been hired through the U.S. Department of Justice Attorney General’s Honors Program. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland.
Caroline earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Tulane University. During law school, she served as an articles editor on the Maryland Law Review. Additionally, she worked as an immigration clinic student attorney and interned with the City of Baltimore, the Appellate Court of Maryland, and Tahirih Justice Center.
