Elaina Meyer

Elaina Meyer is a Law Clerk in Tully Rinckey’s Buffalo, NY office where she is primarily involved in assisting the firm’s attorneys with Family and Matrimonial Law matters. Prior to law school, Elaina attended SUNY Albany where she majored in political science with a focus on global politics, and in 2023 she graduated Sum Cum Laude with a political science honors distinction. Elaina graduated from Albany Law School in May of 2026.

Previously, Elaina interned for the Livingston County Public Defenders office and the Appellate Division Third Department where she gained experience in numerous different Criminal and Family Law matters. Further, through The Edward P. Swyer Justice Center at Albany Law School, Elaina participated in the Immigration Law Clinic where she assisted in asylum cases.
